How I lost 118,000 Naira To Aviator Online Gaming Business As A Hotel Receptionist

It was on January 20 2023, a final day shift work for my Co staff who went on burial ceremony for 5 days.
This wasn't my first time of losing huge amount of money to online gaming apps like: betting, bet9ja, lucky bet etc. I regretted my life when I gambled with my company's money.
Let's digress a little. I was the most trusted staff member of Shinjuku Hotels Venture Ndimgbu Otolo Nnewi North, Anambra state, Nigeria. Of a truth I got to work there in one of the days I lost huge amount of money to Betking. I was just roaming the streets begging for financial assistance to anyone who cared to listen to me. I was doing an Advanced Level program then in the same town.
Luckily for me, I was just coming back from Church(Winners Chapel Nnewi Int'l). As I roam about and was tired, I decided to sit at a spot. All of a sudden, my destiny helper drove past me in a Camry Car. He reversed and called me.
He started by saying he saw me in the Church. That my mood showed that something was bordering me.
Initially, I covered up my gambling ordeal and told him that I need money for feeding as I haven't for days now.
He asked me if I can work, of which I replied yes. That is how he brought me to Shinjuku Hotel a business owned by his younger brother. He was the Director of the hotel. His name is PASTOR Felix Chukwujekwu.
He was indeed a God sent. I started up with the company as a laundry man sometimes around March/April 2022. We used hands in those days. I will wash in the nights and periods I don't have lectures in the Advanced level school I was attending.
Until now, the company was growing from strength to strength. We have washing machine and dryer for 24/7 Laundry services. I thought the devilish gambling attitude will let me be. I was Student's fellowship president in my advanced level school until we left school. My closest of friends knew I was struggling.
Also in the company I worked they knew my weakness. Even though I was Spiritual and all of them trusted me, I kept on telling them the truth in sincerity that I have the weakness of gambling with any money that enters my hand.
In fact, one of those days; I was brought by hefty street boys to the company because I gambled around 30k on credit in a gambling shop. If not for the intervention of my manager_Mr Sunday Collins: I would have ended been beaten up and sent to police cell.
All these things was happening. I prayed and fasted to stop the gambling bad habit. All to no avail. In fact it made me not to have savings.
Until on this Dday _20/01/2023.
The accountant went somewhere in a nearby state for a burial ceremony. She don't normally pick up her phone to confirm transactions. My manager wasn't around also. But that wouldn't be an excuse.

Two customers came I gave them my account number to do transfer instead of the company's own.
The 30 and 4 thousand done by the first customer.
The 84 thousand done by the second customer
I lost virtually all of them while playing the Aviator game in Sportybet.

If not for the intervention of Pastor Felix Chukwujekwu I will be cooling off my feet in cell now. He is the Elder brother to the Hotel owner Fidelis Chukwujekwu.
Lessons
1.Don't invest with the money of the company you are working with when entrusted with the finance department
2.Avoid anything that can tarnish your image in the place you have built great reputation
3. Destiny differs that it worked for others doesn't mean it will work for you
4. Begin to deal with the little bad habits you are getting yourself involved because a time will come when you will want to stop it will be an impossible task.
